We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer free economy shipping on all orders within the U.S.!

How long does shipping take?

Wreath orders are processed within 1-3 business days. All other products are processed within 5-8 business days. and shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We only offer free economy shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available for an added cost. Please contact nikisneststore@gmail.com if this is something you would like to add to your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

What do I do for lost or stolen packages?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please reach out to the carrier directly or contact us for guidance.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Since all of our items are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns at this time. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checkout.

Can I exchange an item?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care in crafting and packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at nikisneststore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your case and work with you to find a solution.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Can you recreate a sold wreath?

Since our wreaths are one-of-a-kind, exact replicas are not possible. However, we can create a similar design based on available materials—feel free to reach out to discuss options!

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

While we do our best to accurately showcase our products, colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors and screen settings. The images are a close representation, but slight variations may occur.

Are your items food-safe?

Yes! Our handmade items are food-safe, meaning they can safely come into contact with food. However, please follow our care instructions to maintain their quality.

Are your items heat-safe?

Our products are heat-resistant but not designed for extreme temperatures. To ensure their longevity, please do not place them in the microwave or oven.

Can I put my item in the microwave?

How should I clean my item?
